The Presidents Hill

Historical Society

The Hall of Presidents Before Washington exhibit at the Westin, in the Presidents Hill section of Annapolis, is managed by the Presidents Hill Historical Society, a neighborhood subsidiary of the Annapolis Continental Congress Society under the umbrella of the Annapolis Community Foundation, which is a 401(c)3 organization established by the city of Annapolis. The original, signed documents that make up the "America's 14 Forgotten Presidents Before Washington" collection are owned by the Brown Brothers.

The Presidents Hill Histori
cal Society meets periodically on Friday afternoons at 5:00pm for Happy Hour at Azure Restaurant, located inside the Westin Hotel (100 Westgate Circle, Annapolis, MD 21401). The topics generally range from historical subjects to current events related to Presidents Hill, Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, the United States and the rest of the world. We also do a lot of planning in order to get ready for the Grand Opening of the Hall of Presidents Before Washington, including issuing invitations to guest speakers, designing walking tours, arranging for films to be shown, and staffing the information table. There is so much to do!
